HomeworkWriters is operated by AJS Academic Research Services Corporation. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using HomeworkWriters, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
HomeworkWriters provides AI-assisted templates and tools for planning, drafting, revising, summarizing, studying, and academic communication. It is a support tool—not a substitute for your judgment, instruction, research, or responsibility.
Academic integrity
You are responsible for following your school’s academic-integrity rules and your instructor’s requirements. Review and revise generated content, verify facts and citations, disclose AI assistance when required, and make the final work your own. You may not use the service to impersonate another person, falsify research, fabricate evidence, or violate applicable rules or law.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or use the service to interfere with other users or systems.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged through Stripe at the price displayed during checkout. Unless canceled, a subscription renews each billing cycle. Plan features and AI-generated word allowances are shown before purchase. Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle, and unused words do not roll over.
Cancellation, refunds, and billing questions
You may cancel through the subscription area of your account to stop future renewal. HomeworkWriters offers the 3-day money-back guarantee displayed during Stripe checkout. To request it, email support within three calendar days of the initial purchase using the email address connected to your account. Renewal charges and requests made after that period are not automatically refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not activate after payment, contact support promptly.
AI-generated results
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or similar to material produced for others. HomeworkWriters does not guarantee factual accuracy, citation validity, originality, grades, academic acceptance, or any particular outcome. You must independently verify and appropriately edit all results.
Acceptable use
Do not use HomeworkWriters for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-disruptive activity. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, probe the service, distribute malware, overload systems, or access accounts or information without authorization.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant HomeworkWriters and its service providers permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.
Availability and changes
Features, models, templates, and providers may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. HomeworkWriters is not professional legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeworkWriters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
